Improved Payment and Subscription Stability

We have made improvements to the stability of FactDecode’s payment and subscription processing. This update improves recurring payment handling for certain subscriptions using discounts or promotions, helping ensure that these payments are processed more reliably. We have also refined our payment-related monitoring to better distinguish ordinary payment failures from system-side processing issues. There are no changes to how you use or subscribe to FactDecode, and no action or configuration changes are required from users.

There are no changes to how you use or subscribe to FactDecode as a result of this update. No configuration changes, re-registration, or other action is required, including for existing subscriptions. We will continue working to improve the overall stability of FactDecode, not only its analysis features, but also authentication, subscriptions, and payments.
